Our four-hour trips are aboard 30’ or 40’ aluminium-hulled cruisers and are Coast Guard approved. The vessels have large aft decks for viewing and every seat inside cabin has a great view with coach seating. They come equipped with washroom; heaters; radar; GPS; sonar; VHF radio; (and something no one else offers) hydrophones and underwater cameras on some vessels; so that we can listen and watch the whales as they communicate among themselves. While whales are our main objective; our tours are aimed to be a complete nature experience; with a plethora of other species of wildlife close at hand. View and photograph majestic Bald Eagles that dive within 50 feet of the boat as your skipper throws them a rockfish. See Seals and Sea Lions on the rocky beaches and myriads of islands. In some area’s we travel to we are sometimes lucky enough to see a Bear as they come down to the shoreline to feed on shellfish and crab |
